Place Job Order - using a traditional required company agreement. 

If your company has an in-house company agreement used for recruiters and executive search firms this is the agreement that you must send before we can working on your job order. These types of agreements are usually based on percentages of the first year's annual salary.  Many companies have agreements like these in place and must adhere to them. We are flexible and will work within the confines of your normal company agreement if the company president agrees to your terms.

Place Job Order - "Pay-Per-Lead" Program

How our pay-per-lead program works.

 

Let us do all of the initial groundwork for you. We will source (locate) candidates according to your job order(s), we qualify, interview, and finally submit professional candidate reports for each qualified candidate.  We conduct a qualifying interview based upon your job order specifications and/or the criteria you set. Plus, we only submit candidates on individuals that meet ALL of your criteria. Afterall, the purpose of this method is to reduce your workload down to the bare minimum. If we have any doubt that a candidate meets your standards, we will contact you prior to submitting, this way we are assured that we have found the best candidate for the position. We include a quality resume and cover letter with every report. We bill a flat rate fee per qualified lead as agreed.
